We are third generation family farmers who love the resources we've been given to steward. We raise Hereford beef on our small family farm in Ogle County, Northwest Illinois.

We firmly believe that happy animals produce better tasting meat! We only have pastured, free-range animals that are farm-bred and raised on our small family farm in Ogle County, Northwest Illinois. We only feed in small groups and they're NEVER in a feedlot. They're grass-pastured 24/7, even if going to market.

You will expect great tasting meat from farmers who are passionate about raising livestock in a humane practice. Your beef will have access to clean water, fresh grass or hay and plently of pasture to move around. You will taste the difference!
