Dates for 2023 are as follows: March 24, May 24, July 21, September 29, and November 29. Reservations are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis based on deposits received. You can spread out payments by using the $200 Quarter deposit checkout process.
All beef will be taken to Johnson's Processing in Chadwick, IL. Price is $2.60/lb hanging weight, processing is paid separately to Johnson's when you pick up your order. WHOLE PRICING is based on bulk pricing of $2.60/lb hanging weight. Hanging weight of a whole can vary but is typically 800 - 1000 lbs. (For example: $2.60 x 800 = $2,080) $600 non-refundable desposit is required, balance due before pick up from the processor.
Processing is paid separately - and directly - to the processor when you pick up your beef. Price varies based on the processing you are requesting.
